- Monitor performance metrics and optimise digital outreach.
- Organise open days, campus tours, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with staff, pupils and parents to showcase success stories and build trust.
- Encourage pupil voice and family participation in marketing initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, community expectations, and competitor activity.
- Provide insights to keep the school ahead of marketing and education trends.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to deliver campaigns that drive enrolment.
- Align marketing efforts with the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Manage the marketing budget responsibly and report on campaign ROI.
- Provide regular updates to the Headmaster and leadership team.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or professional certification in marketing/communications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, event planning and branding essential.
- Experience in an international school or education sector is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CMS, CRM).
